Cost calculator for your hair transplant

The calculator multiplies your number of grafts by the average price per graft. The averages come from the Medihair cost study, February 2025: about €1.07 in Turkey and about €2.93 in Germany.

We round to the nearest €100. The Turkey value excludes flights and hotel. Your input stays in your browser; we do not store it.

An average is not a price for your head. These points move an offer up or down:

• The number of grafts changes after the examination.
• The method and how complex the procedure is. DHI is often somewhat more expensive than FUE.
• Who operates and how experienced the team is.
• What the price includes: hotel, transfers, medication, aftercare.
• Some clinics quote a fixed price per procedure instead of per graft.

That depends mainly on how far your hair loss has gone. For receding temples it is often 1,500 to 2,500 grafts according to our guide values. If the crown is affected too, more like 2,500 to 3,500.

How much is possible depends on your donor area at the back of the head. A clinic assesses it from your photos.

It does not know your photos, your donor area, or whether a transplant makes sense for you at all. Only a doctor can judge that.

We have no guide values of our own for Austria, Switzerland and other countries. So the calculator only works with Turkey and Germany. We would rather show no figure than a guessed one.
